Turn AI Overwhelm Into a System That Works

The AI Business Systems Webinar

for Builders

Tuesday 29 September, 4pm AEST.

This isn’t a technical session filled with confusing jargon. It’s practical AI training created specifically for builders, delivered by Award Winning Builder Luke Davies who still owns and operates a construction company in around two hours per week. By the end of the webinar, you’ll understand how to turn AI from another disconnected tool into a system that helps run your business.

As the founder of Davies Design & Construction, Luke has built one of Tasmania’s most recognised residential building teams, earning more than 50 industry awards—including being named Tasmania’s 2026 Residential Builder of the Year.

A licensed builder, qualified carpenter and joiner, and certified Passivhaus tradesperson, Luke combines technical expertise with proven business experience. Through Future Builder Co, he shares the systems and strategies helping builders across Australia and New Zealand create better businesses, better lives and better buildings.

Jordan France has spent the last few years helping the residential construction industry make sense of AI: what's useful for a builder's business, and what's noise. He's a long-time collaborator and advisor to Luke and the Future Builder team, including on Alfie, their AI platform for members, and regularly works with builders on organising their information, connecting their tools and putting AI to work day to day.

By day he's an AI Customer Engineer at Google Cloud, where he helps large organisations design and deploy AI in the real world. Before that he spent almost six years at Microsoft doing the same across the region. He's a regular host and speaker at industry events including the Google Cloud Summit and the GDG Melbourne × Google DeepMind hackathon.

Jordan is joining Luke for this session in a personal capacity, and any views are his own.
